Elim's Community Outreach supports change in people challenged by complex and multiple needs, such as homelessness, addiction, mental health or other life-controlling issues. They work with key organisations across Mendip to enable fast and effective access to a wide range of services. Their skilled and dedicated team provide short and long-term, person-centred support to create real life difference.
