Both dedicated to the prevention of male suicide\, awareness & support. \nTwo girl friends Skin & Blisters are completing an assault course on May 6th called the Rat Race Dirty Weekend in aid of both the charities. \nIn the afternoon/early evening there will be bands and then lead onto live DJ’s. At 5pm the grand draw for the raffle will be drawn by Mr Micheal Eavis. \nTickets in advance £3 or £5 on the door.

DESCRIPTION:Go wild at the Red Brick Building where over 70 breath-taking photos of British wildlife are on show from Tuesday 4th April to Monday 1st May. \nWe’ve teamed up with the British Wildlife Photography Awards and Somerset Wildlife Trust to bring you the best of the entries from the 2016 competition. \nFrom dancing jellyfish to diving ducks\, botanical beauties to preening puffins\, the show features spectacular images showing biodiversity at its best. \nThis is a Red Brick Fundraising event. A donation of £3 is suggested for entry to the exhibition. 25% of all donations will go to support Somerset Wildlife Trust’s work in the county and 75% will nourish the RBB enabling it to bring more events and exhibitions to the local community. \nOpen daily from 10am to 5pm. PLEASE NOTE: on some days there may be restricted access to some of the exhibition rooms due to other events taking place in the building. These are currently: \nTuesday 4th April 10am-3.30pm no access to the Event Space of Morland Room \nThursday 6th April 9am-5pm no access to the Event Space \nFriday 7th April 2pm-5pm no access to the Event Space \nThursday 20th April 9am-5pm no access to the Morland Room \nApologies for any inconvenience.

Get creative at our creation stations. \nFacepainting and so much more……. \nTickets: \n£5 per child Included in the entrance ticket will be locally produced Hotdogs – Vegetarian sausages also available & a drink. \n£1 per Adult \nCakes and hot & cold drinks also available for a very small charge\, \nThis is a fundraising event all monies raised go back to the Red Brick Building \n  \nA bit of information about where your money goes…. \nWe are fundraising to renovate the next big stage of our development – Building C which we hope will allow us to help the community even further. \nWe are a social enterprise project that belongs to the local community.  It is run by a team of directors and we have a very small number of staff.  No one profits out of the building we are here to offer opportunities to our local residents. \n  \nWe do this by providing affordable space for new and small businesses in the form of hot desks or offices.  We also have an artisan area for creative businesses to work together. \n  \nWe showcase local artists with art exhibitions and live music most weekends. \n  \nWe have a team of volunteers who help us out in all areas: reception\, community garden\, live music\, promotions\, fundraising and community events.   We aim for all our volunteers to gain as much if not more than they give by improving self-confidence\, social connections\, relevant work-based skills and training opportunities. \n  \nIn our garden\, we have local groups coming into use for therapeutic purposes including adults with learning difficulties\, MIND\, and home educated children. \n#Community  #Together  #fun \n
