In recent years it has become recognised as helpful in integrating both Mum’s and little one’s birth experience\, easing compressive birth forces of the journey from womb into world. These can manifest in a variety of ways: for example colic or difficulty sleeping\, which can cause added concerns and anxiety for mum and discomfort and distress for little one. \nCraniosacral Therapy can help to ease any unresolved birth process\, helping little one to rest more comfortably in their body. \n  \nMonday 14th September \n11.30am – 4pm \n  \nSessions by donation \nSuggested £10 minimum donation \n  \nFor more info and to book \nContact Tracy on 07891 104686 \nSpaces are limited so booking is essential via phone number provided

DESCRIPTION:Red Brick Building Youth Club\n  \nFriday evenings\, 7.00pm – 9.00pm \nTerm time only \nCost: 50p a week \n  \n*Please note: Youth Club Membership is currently closed*\nTo be added to the waiting list\, please contact Katherine Clarke at youth@redbrickbuilding.co.uk \n  \n  \nOur popular youth club offers free-flow activities\, such as air hockey\, table tennis\, board games\, music and crafts. We also provide issue-based activities\, which are delivered in a fun and engaging way. For example\, we might talk about bullying using stop frame animation. Or\, we may cover healthy eating by making some tasty nutritious food. All the activities are based on our members’ interests and needs. \n  \nThe club is run by Katherine Clarke and the Mendip YMCA\, and supported by a number of dedicated volunteers. \n  \nThe youth club runs term time only and is closed for planning on the first Friday of each new term.
