DESCRIPTION:Wellbeing Workshop  \nJacqui Gray is the co-author of a children’s book called\, “My Magical Garden.” Using her book and mindfulness techniques\, Jacqui conducts a fun and interactive Wellbeing Workshop in schools for children aged from 3 to 10. \nHave you ever wondered what it would be like to give each child in your class the gift of a special place to help them deal with fear\, sadness\, anger and/or anxiety?  \nMy Magical Garden is an amazing resource that can allow children to create a place of safety in their mind\, where they can be encouraged to go when they are emotionally challenged.  It is a new and exciting way to give children important life skills\, while spending quality time with them. It can help them to find ways to deal with their worries and frustrations\, be braver\, more curious and bounce back from life’s challenges.
