Allowing dedicated time to connect to self\, your growing baby and a community of like minded women. You are very welcome to join us following your 12 week prenatal scan. No prior experience of yoga is necessary. \nBooking is recommended to avoid disappointment as class sizes are kept small. During your yoga practice we work on foundation\, providing roots to grow out of poses\, giving you both stability and strength.
