SUMMARY:Glastonbury\, Mindful Hypnobirthing workshop
DESCRIPTION:A NEW one day Mindful Mamma hypnobirthing class held at the Red Brick Building\, Glastonbury. \nIntroductory offer: \nThe class usually costs £130 per couple (mum and birth partner). This includes access to MP3s and all course materials. \nIntroductory rate for new Glastonbury workshop on Sat 2nd Dec – Only £85 for mum & partner! \nA non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your place\, and the remaining balance of £55 is to be paid two weeks before the class. Places are limited to four couples to keep the classes relaxed and informal. \nThis one day hypnobirthing workshop provides practical hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques as well as enhanced understanding of the psychology of birth\, designed to increase confidence both for mum and birth partner and encourage a positive birth experience. Classes are run by Cathy\, an experienced local antenatal teacher. The workshop runs from 10am-4.30pm.
