DESCRIPTION:We’re delighted to be returning to the Red Brick building on Wednesday 28th March after our successful robot building day last year. \nExplore the worlds of Minecraft and coding using the Raspberry Pi computer.\nDescription : See how you can use code to change your Minecraft world. From telling you\nwhere you are to building huge pyramids at the touch of a key\, this exploration will show you\nthe power of coding. Once you’ve completed your creations\, connect a button to the Pi and\nuse the supplied code to build a castle or leave a trail of TNT. \nAge : 8 to 16 Accompanying adults encouraged \nBook your place by clicking here. \nThis time we’ve got a day of different activities planned starting with designing and 3D printing an object with built in electronics. This is followed by a chance to put your computer coding skills to use to craft objects in the virtual world of Minecraft. In the afternoon we’re going to be using a Raspberry Pi computer and simple electronics to make our personalised cardboard cows warn anyone who approaches. DESCRIPTION:Art in the Garden\nDrop-in workshops\, arts and crafts in our Community Garden \n  \nWednesday 28th – Friday 30th August \n11am – 6pm daily \nWorkshops by donation \n  \nOur lovely Head Gardener\, Bon\, will be hosting a range of workshops for everyone in our beautiful community garden at the end of August. \n  \nTry your hand at mosaic making\, cob and bottle wall making\, crochet\, and using natural dyes. The local mobile library will also be about and available to use. \n  \nThe workshops are open to everyone\, including children\, with donations gratefully received. \n  \nDrinks will be available during the day\, but please bring a lunch with you. On the Friday night\, the garden’s cob oven will be fired up for cooking and eating some of the delicious produce grown in the garden.
