Is a day celebrating world mental health day\, presented by Seed of Hope and friends. \n The performance and exhibition space will be open during the day from 10 AM until 5 PM hosting a variety of free tasters and talks including yoga\, shiatsu\, Emotional freedom technique and more. Art will be on display by the art groups from Rusty Road 2 Recovery and others\, as well as poetry and writing. \n Rusty Road 2 Recovery will  be in the car park with a selection of classic vehicles demonstrating air brush painting and promoting their unique brand of Mental Health Recovery. \n The community garden will be open for people to try therapeutic gardening and learn more about the Seed of Hope\, the work of Bon Everson and Feed Avalon.  \nFood and refreshments will be available in the garden for a small donation. \n In the evening there will be several bands playing including Fallen.
