SUMMARY:Gardening Workshop: Grow Your Own Vegetable Patch
DESCRIPTION:Gardening Workshop\nGrow Your Own Vegetable Patch\nHosted by Feed Avalon CIC \n  \nA hands on workshop where you will be provided with seeds\, soil and pots to start your very own vegetable patch. There will be a mix of leaves\, beans\, squashes\, roots\, herbs and flowers on offer. Successive sowing will be discussed\, as well as which plants are good to grow together. Advice and teaching will be on hand throughout the session. \nAt the end of the session\, you will take away the potential plants to nurture\, as well as a ‘What Next’ hand out with tips and recipes. \nThis workshop is free to attend\, thanks to the Smart Communities Food Resilience grant. \n  \nTuesday 10th May \n10am – 1pm \nIn the Red Brick Community Garden \n  \nFree to attand.
