DESCRIPTION:Seed of Hope\nGlastonbury Launch Event\n  \nGrowing Mental Health Recovery \n  \nJoin us to celebrate the start of the new Glastonbury Seed of Hope group. \nPlant a sunflower\, try yoga\, drink tea\, eat cake\, and find out about the benefits of gardening for mental health. \n  \nThursday 14th March \n4.00pm – 5.30pm \nIn the Community Garden \nFREE \n  \nSeed of Hope is a Community Interest Company providing recovery-based social and therapeutic gardening for people with mental health problems. \nThey work across Somerset in Cannington\, Watcher and Glastonbury. \nThey use the intrinsic elements of gardening (hope\, exercise\, being outdoors\, team work\, working with nature\, and seasonal produce) to support people in their  recovery journey.
