All materials are provided and you will be able to purchase extra supplies on the day so that you can continue your new hobby at home. \nND Calligraphy uses only vegan and cruelty-free materials. \nN.B. DESCRIPTION:An Introduction to East Asian Calligraphy\nWith Matthew James / Yōsetsu \n  \nCome and explore the beauty of East Asian calligraphy in a relaxed\, welcoming setting – no prior knowledge or experience required. \n  \nAn introduction to Chinese and Japanese brush calligraphy by award-winning calligrapher and PhD calligraphy researcher Matthew James (pen-name ‘Mashū’). \nIn this workshop\, you’ll learn about the history\, styles\, and famous names of calligraphy in the Far East before trying to write Chinese characters with a brush and ink.
